• Description: Xtreme Coat CCA-55 is an acrylic latex
specifically designed for use as an additive
to cement compounds, however, it may also be
used as a general purpose low cost binder
for a variety of architectural coatings.
It
can be utilized in many areas of concrete
construction, such as bridge and deck
resurfacing, patching, repointing, thin set
terrazzo flooring, precast stone cement
building panels and texture coating. The all
acrylic nature of CCA-55 affords excellent
UV resistance and resistance to hydrolysis.
When properly used in cement motors, CCA-55
dramatically improves the listed properties.

• Suggested Uses:
Xtreme Coat CCA-55 should be added to
the dry cement mix as a partial an or full
replacement for water. It can be used at
levels up to 20% polymer solids based on the
dry weight of the cement. A typical starting
point formulation for an acrylic modified
cement mortar mix is as follows:
